Any order implies the full and complete acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. All orders will be taken into account only after acceptance of the payment. The absence of availability of the item Indafam Handmade undertakes to inform the customer by any means at their convenience. Any items that are made with vintage fabrics are subject to change, as vintage fabrics can never be duplicated.

Indafam Handmade reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order.

As most of items are handmade to order. Retails orders can take 1-4 days to process and Wholesale orders take up to 2 weeks.

Delivery and Delivery times

Products will be sent to the address of delivery indicated on the ordering process.

Indafam Handmade is committed to delivering the customer within period of 8 to 15 working days according to the selected delivery area. Indafam Handmade is not responsible for delays in shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and follow up on your delivery. In case of events such as natural disasters delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, Indafam is not responsible.

Terms of Payment

Payment must be made in full before we start to process your order.


Settlement of claims

By signing the delivery note, the client accepts the products delivered in the State, and no claim for damage during transport will be accepted. IT is the responsibility of the client to carry out all checks and the protest the arrival of the equipment and to pursue, where appropriate, all recourse against the carrier. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and their conformity with the contract. All claims relating to the order confirmed by the Indafam Handmade must be formulated in writing within a period of four days in receipt of the products otherwise the right to claim shall cease to the acquired. Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of Indafam, all returned merchandise will be held at the disposal of the customer as its own expense, risk and peril, all costs of transport, storage, handling is the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, the return of the goods occurs at the expense and risk of the customer. All customers are responsible for the import taxes/vat in their own country.
